About This Position
海角视频 seeks a part-time Administrative Assistant for the Physical Plant Department. This individual will:
- Provide office administrative support.
- Perform general clerical duties such as answering phones, distributing mail, coping, filing, etc.
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and professional correspondence in a timely manner.
- Organize, coordinate, and maintain files
- Project tracking and reporting
- Event monitoring and resource approvals
- Manage Vehicle Reservations
- Other duties as assigned
This is a part-time position, up to 24 hours per week.
Qualifications
- Associate Degree from accredited institution required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: $15 per hour
- Free tuition for employees after 4 semesters
