RLC marches for ICCB's "A Million Reasons Why" at DuQuoin State Fair opening parade

º£½ÇÊÓÆµ students, faculty, staff and administrators joined other colleges Friday night at the DuQuoin State Fair Parade to support the Illinois Community College Board's new campaign "A Million Reasons Why." The Illinois community college system is the third-largest community college system in America, educates 65 percent of higher education students in Illinois each year, and serves 1,000,000 students annually.
