Flanigan earned his Juris Doctor degree in law from Samford University's Cumberland School of Law where he graduated cum laude. His practice areas include wills, trusts and estates, corporate law, mineral law, real estate law and general civil practice. He has been practicing law since 2006 and is a partner at in Mt. Vernon. Flanigan is also a member of the 海角视频 Foundation Board of Directors.
